The bandwidth covers the entire spectrum of modern planning tasks from a single-family house in Stuttgart to the complex urban development of an artificial island in Shandong / PR China. One focus of our work is the restructuring and reorientation of commercial areas, as well as their supplementation and expansion in order to meet future-oriented usage structures. Important criteria are always optimized development and flexible divisibility, fire protection and energy efficiency. Against this background, we have planned numerous office and commercial buildings, production and logistics halls, as well as schools, kindergardens and sports halls - as individual solutions or as part of multifunctional business parks.
Our range of services begins with the analysis and target planning, as well as the preparation of program content. Concept ideas and feasibility studies follow before the classic planning activity begins in service phases 1 to 8 according to HOAI. We work in the areas of urban planning, landscape planning, architecture and design.
We are primarily interested in modern and timeless architecture with high standards of functionality, identity-creating design and high quality of workmanship. Local heritage and human scale play key roles. Through holistic thinking and early integration of the disciplines of structural design, fire protection and building technology, synergy effects are achieved that are highly efficient both ecologically and economically.
